LEGAL SERVICES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC | OFFICE VISIT PROTOCOLS
At Lenehan Musgrave we are focused on keeping our team members, clients, and contacts safe on our premises. We have implemented various safety protocols which are being diligently followed in accordance with the current government regulations, so that we have been able to maintain business-as-usual operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Given the new government regulation regarding the wearing of face masks, masks will be required to be worn in all common areas, including our lobby. We are asking everyone attending our offices for a meeting to wear their mask until they are taken into a private meeting room. While masks will not be required in our meeting rooms, please note that anyone attending our office is more than welcome to continue wearing their masks if they wish.
We have added new COVID-19 safety protocols for in-person visits including:
Installing plexiglass barriers at reception
Updated cleaning protocols
Additional signage on doors and throughout the office interior
Appropriate social distancing
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have continued to be here for our clients via telephone or video conference. For your convenience and safety we will continue to schedule meetings including no risk personal injury consultations and family law consultations via telephone or video where possible, but in the event you need to visit our office for an appointment, we request the following:
If you have travelled outside the province in the two weeks prior to a scheduled appointment, please contact our office to reschedule after the 14-day quarantine period. Please note that we may be able to accommodate you during the 14-days with a video conference appointment.
If you are ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
If you have been in close contact with anyone confirmed or showing signs of COVID-19, we also ask that you reschedule.
Our clients’ health and safety are paramount to our daily operations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your upcoming meeting or Court appearance, including any questions or requests in relation to personal protective equipment, please contact the office to discuss. Any additional changes to our protocols will be updated immediately on our website.
